- 200g dark chocolate
- 125g hazelnuts
- 170g sweetened condensed milk
- 3 dessert spoons of powdered sugar
- 1 dessert spoon of hazelnut oil
- 10cl skimmed milk Prospérité
Home-made chocolate spread
An excellent home made chocolate spread
1 - Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the dark chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk while stirring. Important never stop stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom.
Once melted, add Prospérité semi-skimmed milk, hazelnut oil and powdered sugar. While stirring, let the ingredients melt and bind.
Then, lower the heat. Mix the hazelnut powder to obtain a kind of hazelnut paste.
Then put back on the heat for 2 min by incorporating this hazelnut paste.
Then remove from heat and in order to obtain a smooth spread, mix again directly into the pan.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar and cool.
